It was the Dragons turn to take the bus ride for the game on a Saturday afternoon. In a few years they should be taking one to play in the IHSA playoffs in which a lot of the games are played on Saturday afternoons because of the typical weather of the past - COLD in November when the sun goes down. I FROZE at the U of I last Novcmber on the sidelines shooting the 4A and 8A championship games.

It looks like the Raiders with a win over Peoria Central in the final week of the season will get to take the first Saturday afternoon ride since 1989. Congrats to the Raider program that has done a complete 180 in two years. Enjoy the RIDE!

But that bus trip for the Dragons seems miles away today. But it is not, with dedication and playing smart, knowning what YOU do on every play be you in the game or on the sideline! Being smart and knowing is the key. (rant over)

And then I left because I had plenty of PIXs to work with and I had my Special Focus requests filled. I even had a couple Frosh as requested. ;-)
